These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://loyaltygaragedoorandgates.com/ (the “Site”) and the services offered under the Loyalty Garage Door And Gates brand. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Loyalty Garage Door And Gates, a brand of Veldmar Media Inc. By using the Site, requesting service, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide residential garage door and driveway gate repair, maintenance and installation in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area of Minnesota. Service availability, arrival times and pricing depend on location, scheduling, parts availability and the condition of your equipment. Information on the Site is general and does not replace an on-site inspection.

2. Estimates, Scheduling and Payment

  • Any estimate is based on the information available at the time and may change after a technician inspects your door or gate. We will explain any changes before starting additional work.
  • Work begins only after you approve it.
  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of service.
  • Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact, address and service information.
  • Make sure an adult (18+) authorized to approve work is present, or arrange access in advance.
  • Provide safe access to the work area, including keeping pets secured and, in winter, the area in front of the door or gate reasonably clear of snow and ice where practical.
  • Stop using a door or gate that appears damaged or unsafe until it has been inspected.

4. Product Warranties

New doors, openers, gate operators and parts may come with manufacturer warranties. Any manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer under its own terms. Any coverage we offer on our own workmanship will be stated in writing on your invoice or agreement; no other warranty is implied by the Site.

5. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, sending spam, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with its operation. Site content, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is.” Tips and how-to information on the Site are general guidance only. Garage door springs, cables and related hardware are under high tension and can cause serious injury; do not attempt repairs you are not trained to perform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
