Contact details: name, phone number, email address.
Service details: service address or ZIP code, the type of service you need, descriptions or photos of your garage door or gate, and preferred appointment times.
Communications: the content of messages, emails, form submissions and phone calls (calls may be recorded or noted for quality and scheduling purposes where permitted by law).
SMS consent records: whether you opted in to text messages, and the date, time and method of your opt-in or opt-out.
Payment information: if you pay for services, payment details are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on the Site.

Information collected automatically

Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and date and time of visits.
Approximate location: general location derived from your IP address.

Technicians and contractors: personnel who perform the work at your property receive the details needed to complete the job.
Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to safeguard our customers, our personnel, the public or our business.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
With your consent: in other cases where you have asked us to share information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After you text STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

We use your mobile number and opt-in information only to deliver the messages you requested and to keep records of your consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. 6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain customer and warranty-related records, resolve disputes, comply with legal, tax and accounting requirements, and enforce our agreements. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept as long as needed to demonstrate compliance. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Our services are offered to homeowners and other adults responsible for a property. Loyalty does not intentionally gather personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. A parent or guardian who thinks a child under 13 has sent us information may reach out, and that information will be removed.

The Site may link to websites we do not control, such as map, review or manufacturer sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
